JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate Becomes an Attractive Investor

State-owned Enterprise (SOE) port service operator, PT Pelindo III (Persero), submitted an application for the Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate (JIIPE) industrial area in Gresik to become a Special Economic Zone (KEK) for Technology and Manufacturing. Because, that way can increase investment growth.

JIIPE which is the first industrial estate in East Java that is integrated directly with the port, with a total area of 2,961 hectares, is predicted to be one of the leading economic driving zones of Indonesia if it can obtain status as a Technology and Manufacturing KEK.

The advantage of JIIPE is that it is integrated between industrial estates and ports. If KEK Technology and Manufacturing can be immediately established, this will be an extraordinary attraction for investors.
