With all the available and integrated facilities, JIIPE East Java Industrial Estate can be considered as a one-stop industrial estate. One of the facilities that greatly support the sustainability of production activities in JIIPE East Java Industrial Estate is the power plant.
JIIPE East Java Industrial Estate has three power plants consisting of 15 MW PLTG, 500 MW PLTG, and 660 MW PLTB. The three power plants were built in collaboration with PT Pelindo III and PT AKR.
The Minister of Industry believes that the construction of power plants in the JIIPE East Java Industrial Estate is in line with the government's program to encourage the acceleration of development in the JIIPE East Java Industrial Estate. Industrial estates with integrated infrastructure such as the JIIPE East Java Industrial Estate will increase efficiency and can cut logistics costs by up to 20%.
