JOB DESCRIPTION

This position h a role to grow profitably of recurring income through provision of utilities to existing tenants.

Monitoring recurring income from utilities & IT Service

• Monitor progress of utility connectivity.
• Coordinate with accounting for billing registration.
• Together with AR Section for timely tenant payment.
• Analyze product preferences for possible tailored offering.

Identify potential increase in demand from existing tenants to inform Operations Division & IT Division to maintain consistent & reliable services.

Maintain high tenant satisfaction in accordance to company guidelines.

• Conduct regular check-ins with tenant representatives for quality service provided.
• Resolve all tenants complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide customer care services (e.g. point of contact for help or questions).
• Conduct periodic tenant satisfaction survey.

Coordinate with Legal Division to support tenants in obtaining regulatory permits for operation.

Identify high value tenants segment for input to sales to refine sales strategy. Equip tenant officers with adequate customer care skills & problem solving.

Conduct effective risk management process and promote risk awareness.

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor Degree’s in Law, Marketing, International Business Management with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable University
• At least 10 years working experience as Tenant Relation Head.
• Good interaction social, communicative, negotiation skill and presentation skill
• Ability to speak in English & Mandarin
• Working placement at : Gresik, East Java
