1. Gresik Industrial Estate (KIG)
This area stands on an area of 140 hectares on Jalan Tridharma Gresik. The company's official website mentions different figures, the area of land reaches 135 hectares consisting of 44 hectares of infrastructure land and 91 hectares of commercial land.
2. Tuban Industrial Estate (KIT)
This 233 hectare industrial estate is located on Jalan Raya Tuban-Semarang KM 22, Tuban. KIT is under the auspices of PT KIG and the development of the Gresik Industrial Estate.
3. Ngoro Industrial Park (NIP)
NIP is located on Jalan Raya Ngoro, Mojokerto. Occupying an area of 500 hectares, NIP is on the slopes of Mount Penanggungan.
4. Java Industrial Zone and Industrial Ports Estate (JIIPE)
JIIPE is an industrial estate project that integrates deep sea ports, industrial estates and residential areas into one package. This integrated port and industrial estate project was developed by PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara, a subsidiary of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, together with PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). JIIPE industrial estate is located in Gresik with an area of 3,000 hectares. The industrial estate consists of 1,761 hectares of industrial estate, 400 hectares of port area, and 800 hectares of residential area.
5. Maspion Industrial Park (KIM)
Maspion Industrial Estate is one of the largest industrial estates in East Java, built with the concept of Total Facility Integration. This area provides chemical jetty facilities to facilitate loading and unloading of chemicals.
6. Sidoarjo Rangkah Industrial Estate (SiRIE)
SiRIE occupies an area of 200 hectares on Jalan Raya Lingkar Timur Sidoarjo. This is one of the industrial centers and strategic warehousing. The location is quite close to the Waru Sidoarjo Toll Gate and Juanda Airport.
7. Safe n Lock
Safe n Lock Warehouse and Industrial Complex is the largest warehousing and industrial area in East Java. The extent of reaching 307 hectares in the East Ring Road KM 5.5 Sidoarjo.
East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is the largest industrial estate in East Java as well as the first integrated industrial estate in Indonesia which has been equipped with ports and docks for yachts and housing with an environmentally friendly industrial area, named GEM City, with various exclusive facilities, such as golf courses and shopping centers within the industrial estate.
