With a total land area of 2,933 Ha, JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate is targeting to be able to accommodate around 183 industries to develop business in one of the integrated Indonesian Industrial Estates.
JIIPE Gresik Industrial area is one of the industrial areas included in the National Strategic Project as stipulated in Presidential Regulation No. 58 of 2017.
JIIPE is a third-generation Industrial Estate model in Indonesia, an industrial estate that is equipped with reliable and integrated infrastructure and superstructure with ports, environmentally friendly, innovative towards the realization of a new industrial city.
Currently JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate already has an Industrial Estate Business License covering an area of 1,760 hectares (Ha), has a management office and is equipped with facilities and infrastructure such as a power plant reaching 23 MW which has been operating since November 2017, water treatment plants, gas pipelines that are currently connected to Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) gas pipelines, telecommunications systems with fiber optics and broadband internet, and ports so that these benefits and facilities can reduce logistics costs and industrial production costs.
Industrial Estate in Gresik plays a very strategic role because it is one of the efforts in accelerating the spread and equitable distribution of industrial development.
