In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health No. HK.01.07 / MENKES / 328/2020, Monday (05/25/2020), following the complete guidelines for the new normal rules which are also implemented by the Jiipe Industrial Zone.
1. Companies in the Jiipe Industrial Area are required to form a Covid-19 Handling Team in the workplace consisting of the leadership, staffing section, Health and Safety staff and Health officials who are strengthened with a decree from the leader of the workplace.
2. The leadership or employer in the Jiipe Industrial Zone provides policies and procedures for workers to report any suspected cases of Covid-19 (symptoms of fever or cough / cold / sore throat / shortness of breath) to be monitored by health workers in the Jiipe Industrial Zone.
3. Do not treat positive cases as a stigma.
4. Work from home arrangements by determining essential workers who need to keep working / come to work and workers who can do work from home without having to be in the Jiipe Industrial Zone.
5. At the entrance of the Jiipe Industrial Estate a temperature measurement is performed using a thermogun, and before entering work apply the Covid-19 Risk Self Assessment to ensure that workers who will enter the Jiipe Industrial Estate are in a condition not infected with Covid-19.
6. Working time arrangements in the Jiipe Industrial Area are not too long (overtime) which will result in workers lacking time to rest which can cause a decrease in the immune system / immune system.
7. If possible, cancel shift 3 (work time which starts at night until morning). For shift 3 workers arrange for those who work, especially workers aged less than 50 years.
8. Require workers to wear masks since traveling to / from home, and while in the Jiipe Industrial Zone.
9. Regulate the nutritional intake of food provided by the workplace, choose fruits that contain lots of vitamin C such as oranges, guava, and so on to help maintain endurance. If possible, workers can be given vitamin C supplements by companies in the Jiipe Industrial Zone.
10. Ensure that all areas of the Jiipe Industrial Area are clean and hygienic by periodically cleaning using appropriate cleaners and disinfectants (every 4 hours). Especially door handles and stairs, elevator buttons, shared office equipment, areas and other public facilities in the Jiipe Industrial Zone.
11. Maintain air quality in the Jiipe Industrial Area by optimizing air circulation and sunlight entering the workspace, cleaning air-conditioning filters.
12. Provide a hand sanitizer with a minimum alcohol concentration of 70 percent in the Jiipe Industrial Zone.
