JOB DESCRIPTION :

Perform administrative and office support activities :

• Maintain & reporting sufficient petty cash for Power Distribution daily operation & maintenance.
• Maintain and control office stock & supplies and stationery for Power Distribution Department usage.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports related to power distribution operations to relevant government authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and archiving of all permits, licenses, technical documents, and correspondence related to power distribution activities in both physical and digital formats
• Compile and standardize production reports (Power Distribution report, billing meter, log sheets, daily/weekly/monthly reports, fuel/water/gas/oil consumption, etc.).
• Coordinate employee administration (attendance record, employee leave, overtime report, roaster, etc.

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable University.
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Office productivity. Familiar with Microsoft Office (excel, word and power point) for data entry, reporting and documentation
• Basic understanding of electrical power distribution system
• Document control & compliance
• Ability to assist in tracking and managing basic technical spare parts or supplies.
• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
